I have an Artistic Licence Ether-Lynx device that is displaying the error code for "Slave Dual Port SRAM Fault". Does anyone have a suggestion for getting this problem repaired? Any help would be appreciated.

I would try uploading the latest firmware available at:

Use the DMX-Workshop Firmware Upload feature.

If that doesn't work the unit may have to go in for repair.
