How to drive a Art-Net node?

I would like to create my own program to drive DMX fixtures by a Art-Net node.
Does exist a .dll file or desciption of the protocol?

Hi,

When you install DMX Workshop it puts the DongleArtNet.dll file in your System32 folder.
